BD, LLC. was losing market share due to stiff competition in its formerly profitable service lines. We reviewed their product portfolio and suggested that it reposition itself to offer high-end, more profitable service offerings. Our client saw a significant increase in net present value and reversed its decline in market share.

To analyze each product, we used an analytical approach that was both high-road and low-road. The process allowed us to determine the best course of action for the business by aligning it with the quadrant within this framework. We know how vital customer insights are when making strategic decisions about the company’s future.
We helped the company reposition itself as an industry leader by focusing on its high-end service offerings with higher margins. The required additional advertising resources and rebuilding of assets were necessary for this strategy to work effectively.
