PM Essential Inc. was not performing well due to a lack of organizational structure and vision. There was very little coordination between staff members, which led them not to be aligned with any new goals or ideas for their company. Our team focused on helping this business achieve through leadership development programs and strategic decision-making methods like incentives so they could hit those milestones more efficiently.

PM Essential Inc. is a global company with an established history of success. However, it had been losing market share to another larger competitor for some time. It needed to keep up by making changes to move forward effectively into the next decade.
The company’s strategy was built around a local marketplace. There were no centralized mechanisms for coordination or decision-making, which led to inefficiencies across the board as each team searched out its solutions without any input from others on what needed doing first. Effects ranged 100% toward focusing solely on their areas of responsibility rather than considering how it affected other departments/functions outside one’s duties.
A lack of central planning functions left everything with untrained leaders who found themselves making decisions quickly under pressure with little guidance available beyond whatever information they could gather.
The CEO of PM Essential Inc., a global brand with the goal to leverage scale more effectively and retain decentralized decision-making, is driven by his passion for building successful businesses.
A three-phased organizational transformation was our approach. In the first phase, we set up a strong foundation for change by getting all key stakeholders on board and clarifying their visions of success with this new system. In addition, they learned how it would work operationally through tests run internally and externally among customers/stakeholders before implementation began.
Next, so that everyone had enough time, they were prepared emotionally and cognitively to know what information needed to be delivered without any surprises. And last, which helped make these transitions much smoother, the entire organization was aligned with a new vision, which helped the company progress significantly.
