    The final stage of burnout is when you give up. You can't handle any more of it. Your enthusiasm, excitement, and joy for your job have entirely vanished. You're no longer willing to put in the effort that you used to. You feel like you're making yourself sick because you feel so bad. You can't get motivated. If you could, you would.
