The Great Resignation is the act of leaving one's position or office, especially formally or publicly. It is often seen as a protest or act of defiance and can be a very powerful statement. Resignations can be incredibly impactful, especially when they are done in a high-profile way. It can also be a very personal decision, and not everyone will agree with the reasons for resigning. Whether you are considering resigning from your job or have already made the decision to do so, it is important to understand the potential implications of your actions.
The great resignation refers to the high number of employees leaving their jobs between late 2020 and early 2021, although resignation data shows that this phenomenon began more than a decade earlier.
When you resign, you might feel like you're abandoning your friends. But I feel like this is not the case. Even if you leave your current company, your former teammates will still be around. It doesn't matter if you're working at a new company or not; they will be there for you.

It is the most important question. If you want to quit, ask yourself whether you really want to leave your current company or not. Are you really ready to leave your friends and family behind? 2. Be Honest With Yourself

3. Look For A New Opportunity

There are many times when you get down and feel like quitting. You have no motivation to keep working. When you are feeling this way, you should remind yourself why you decided to start your career in the first place.
There are five key things that we should learn from Great Resignation.
1: Take A Deep Breath
When someone we care about leaves us, we always want to blame them. We think that if we blame them, we will get rid of them once and for all.
But in actuality, this is not true. If you blame the person, you will only make things worse. Instead, you need to take a deep breath and calm yourself down. It is the first step toward learning from the situation.
2: Understand That Things Happen For A Reason
No matter how much you want to explain things away, you cannot do that. It's not worth it. When someone quits, it happens for a reason.
It could be because of something that happened in the past or for other reasons. However, it's very important to remember that the person was doing their job, and you don't need to be angry about it.
3: Don't Get Angry

5: Create A Positive Plan

It's always good to be a hard worker. But when you are not getting what you really deserve, you are bound to feel bitter and unhappy. Resignation is a great way to get out of your problem.

One of the main reasons for this was that the company did not make it clear to the employees that they wanted to change their CEO. They also did not make it clear what they wanted to do with the employee's position.
Another reason for the lack of communication was the fact that the employee did not tell his team about the changes. It could have been avoided if he had had a good relationship with his team.
2: The Way The Employee Was Let Go.
The employer did not treat the employee with respect and dignity. He was called names and insulted by the employees when he resigned.

It was disappointing for the employee because he did not receive any severance pay. It could have been avoided if the employer had a policy on when to give severance pay.
6: The Lack Of Benefits When The Employee Resigned.
When the employee resigned, he did not get any severance pay. It meant that he lost his health insurance and vacation days.
7: The Way The Former Company Treated The Employee.
When the former company came back to talk to the employee about the events, they insulted him.
8: The Employee Was Not Allowed To Take Any Of His Personal Belongings With Him.
When the employee left, the company did not allow him to take anything with him.
9: The Former Company Made Up Stories To Explain Why The Employee Was Fired.
When the former company was talking to the employee, they claimed that the employee was not a good fit for the position.

People sometimes quit their jobs because of health problems. These health problems can include mental health problems, physical disabilities, allergies etc. People who suffer from mental health problems or allergies cannot continue working on a particular job.
